This collection follows Addison, Diego, Owen and I as we make our Pacific Coast Highway trip. This is the trip that made it out of the group chat, with not only Owen flying in from NYC, but Addison flying in from Arizona. The sights alone speak for themselves spanning from San Francisco all the way to Los Angeles.
We had all heard about how stunning the Pacific Coast highway was and we knew that we had to make pilgrimage. There was a part of me that was worried that everyone wouldn't pull through, but I am glad that they did.

Our first stop was at Pigeon Point lighthouse, a few miles past Pescadero. The lighthouse had paths down to the water filled with beautiful Canola flowers.

During our research into the route, we realized that the Big Sur cut through was once again blocked off due to landslides. This is fairly common, leading you to have to back track if you want to continue on the highway. This did not deter us in the slightest, with the Eagles playing we made our second big stop.
We made our way to Pismo to rest for the second half of our journey. While in the wrong season at the time, Pismo is a stopping point during the Monarch' butterflies migration. It is also known for its stretching wavelike sand dunes.

While this was Addison's and I's first time visiting Los Angeles, we've always been fond of Santa Monica. Known for the massive amount of Pranks in the 2015 era, it still held some of its "Influencer" aesthetic.
True to it's word, the beach has a retro feeling, with folks roller blading by encompassed by palm trees, vintage cars in the parking lot being shown off and a crowd gathered around the skate park. This is Los Angeles plain and simple.
